1. General Refund Conditions
At SerbestPiyasaDoviz, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services. Refunds are only applicable if the service has not yet commenced. Once the service has started, refunds will not be issued.
An exception may be considered in cases of force majeure, where unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances prevent the client from proceeding. Such requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.
2. Refund Request Period

Clients may submit a refund request within 7 days of making a payment, provided that the service has not yet been rendered.

All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days of submission.
